Give hope to students with disabilities to continue schooling.

Our SAWL members, partners and friends, including Minister Indranee Rajah, Ms Rani Singam, and Lee Ci En, came together and lent their voices to help raise funds for the SAWL Scholarship Fund! The music video is a beautiful rendition of Charlie Lim's "Room at the Table" which aptly appeals to everyone for more graciousness and inclusivity in our society.

Through this Fund, we not only assist students with disabilities on their educational needs, we hope to bring them one step closer to achieving their dreams and aspirations. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we have received 90% more applications for the Fund and we hope to be able to extend our support to more beneficiaries.

The Singapore Association Of Women Lawyers (SAWL) is a non-for-profit organization focused on education support for students with disabilities. Through its SAWL Scholarship Fund, SAWL works to help learners continue schooling and move closer to their educational dreams and aspirations. Community members, partners, and friends have come together to support fundraising efforts, including public voices and contributions from individuals such as Minister Indranee Rajah, Ms Rani Singam, and Lee Ci En. In addition, SAWL has highlighted the spirit of graciousness and inclusivity through creative initiatives, including a music video rendition of Charlie Lim’s “Room at the Table.” During the COVID-19 pandemic, SAWL reported a significant increase in scholarship applications and continues aiming to extend support to more beneficiaries. For those in Phoenix, Arizona looking to connect with meaningful education-focused community support, SAWL represents an inclusive, mission-driven effort to broaden access to opportunities for students with disabilities.
