My path to becoming a plastic surgeon started as a child growing up as one of two sons that frequently accompanied my father to hospitals on weekends to round on patients.
I knew from an early age that I would one day become a physician. After finishing medical school I completed my General Surgery Residency training in various hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, working alongside some of the leading cancer surgeons in the country. Despite caring for a full range of patients in every capacity from Trauma to Intensive Care to outpatient surgeries, it was always the cases with the Plastic Surgeons I trained with that got me the most excited.

Pearce Plastic Surgery is a specialist medical service in Phoenix, Arizona, built on a long-standing commitment to patient care and surgical excellence. The physician behind the practice knew from an early age that he wanted to become a doctor, frequently accompanying his father on hospital rounds during weekends and shaping his interest in medicine. After completing medical school, he pursued General Surgery Residency training across hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he worked alongside leading cancer surgeons. While providing care across a wide range of settings—from trauma and intensive care to outpatient surgeries—the experience that most fueled his passion was the surgical training and mentorship from plastic surgeons.
